Episode 1: Where is my mind?
Welcome to my first weekly newsletter! I curate content for my Vistage members & coaching clients on topics ranging from business, leadership, health, and lifestyle, and I figured why not publish as a newsletter to a broader audience?! The goal is to inform, entertain, and save readers time sifting through the news and information clutter. I can verify that I have read every article. What I distribute represents the most interesting content that I consume weekly—and I will avoid political pieces as much as possible.
I. Below are the articles I enjoyed the past week:

II. Name that Tune!
In closing, something on the lighter side. As I write this email, I’m listening to the Pixies, “Where is my mind.”
Founded by a pair of UMASS college roommates, The Pixies redefined alternative rock and are credited with laying the groundwork for Grunge. In fact, the late Kurt Cobain of Nirvana is quoted as saying when recording the legendary album Nevermind that “I was basically trying to rip off the Pixies”. The song Where is My Mind was also famously in the background for the powerful, closing scene of the movie Fight Club. 🤘
Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!
